In order to store the Qi in the human bio-battery (Real Lower Dantian), you must first recognize its center through feeling and then practice, keeping your mind there.

My day will either start or end with some variation of this exercise that is all about moving energy in and around you. What you see in this demonstration is one revolution through. I typically do 4 full revolutions (it varies depending on my goal) with an emphasis on breathing and the dantians. There is also a structured pattern with this system, but its designed to be easy to learn but challenging in practice.
