Take your time and practice one movement form at a time. There is no rush to master any of the movements overnight. Allow your body to adapt to the movement as it will. Don’t worry about performing the movements exactly how I do them; allow your body to adjust naturally. If you have any questions as you progress, feel free to reach out and ask me.
