Five powerful Qigong forms named after 5 powerful animal. They are dynamic forms which combine rhythmic movements with meditation and breathing techniques.

BREATH

Breathing is a key part of our lives that is often overlooked and rarely practiced. The exercises here are designed to activate the diaphragm muscle, expand the lungs, and invoke our body's natural innate relaxation response.

MUAY THAI BORAN

Muay Boran is the ancient Martial Art which gave birth to a combat sport which is appreciated across the globe, known as Muay Thai or Thai Boxing. The combination of both disciplines fuses both an ancient and modern Art creating something very unique and beneficial.

QIGONG MEDITATION

An ancient Qigong Breath Meditation utilized to connect our three treasures (dan tian energy centers) by use of visuals and breath work in order to our explore the depths of self-discovery.

8 BROCADES (Baduanjin Qigong)

A form of Qigong that is one of the easier forms to start with that will still heal great health benefits if practiced routinely. Each movement focuses on a different area to improve the flow of Qi throughout the body.

WUJI

A state of emptiness, Wuji is used here as a standing meditation. This is the center of our program which we return to. Wuji is the state to aim to keep your mind and body in, whether in meditation, at work, in stillness or in movement.
